About our Properties
Latitude 38 offers vacationers a choice of fully furnished vacation rentals (condos, cottages and homes) in both the Town of Telluride and the Mountain Village. Our properties range from 1-6 Bedrooms, accommodating from 1 to 16 people with a variety of popular amenities such as hot tubs, hi speed internet, cable TV, well appointed kitchens, mountain views, proximity to ski lifts and others. We have a vacation rental that will meet each guest’s needs. We will determine your needs and show you a home that will more than satisfy your expectations.
Standards and Quality
We represent a variety of quality, well maintained, fully furnished homes. We realize the power of first impressions and the need for comfortable furnishings and attractive accommodations. A relaxing ambiance turns an ordinary vacation a special one. Therefore, we provide owners with a list of required amenities for L38 properties, and ask that homes are well furnished, up to date and comfortable. We encourage feedback by not only providing our owners with solicited comments from guests after checkout, but as important, by following up on their valuable suggestions.
Why a Vacation Rental instead of a hotel?
When renting a vacation home from L38, guests experience greater benefits and more value than a traditional hotel stay. Our properties offer more space, privacy, and amenities than even some of the highest quality resorts. Families have more room to spread out, yet have personal common space to come together. Our homes are a great choice for multi-generational vacations, family reunions and even perfect for a couple’s romantic getaway.
Flexible Stays and Additional Services
We offer our guests flexibility, with only a two to three night minimum required in most properties. L38 provides guests with expert destination advice and assistance, plus a variety of other services such as free WIFI, fax, copies available at our office as well as discounted ski rentals, discounted airfares, and more. In addition, 24 hour emergency call assistance is available to our guests.
Communication and Convenience
We operate a full service rental office, conveniently located on Main Street at 220 East Colorado Avenue. The office is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., however anyone can search our properties and book online 24 hours a day. We provide reservation lines and email correspondence for guest inquiries. We offer you complete reservation services, from searching for the perfect property, to reservations, to making sure everything is ready for check in. We offer after-hours key pick up as well as an after hours emergency telephone number.
