We’ve compiled a list of our favorite happy hour deals around town for your drinking pleasure.
La Marmotte: $1 Oysters on the Half Shell and Apres Hour, 5-6:30 p.m.
Enjoy an appetizer and cocktail for only $15 at either the bar or on the patio. Mouthwatering options include beef tartar, risotto stuffed quail and sea scallop ceviche and you could easily make a light dinner out of this killer deal. If bivalves are your thing, La Marmotte serves up Chesapeake oysters on the half shell for just a buck each!
Esperanza’s: $3.80 Margarita all day when you mention that you’re a Latitude 38 guest
Recently under new ownership, Esperanza’s is one of the more wallet-friendly and delicious joints in town. As a special treat for all of our guests, Esperanza is offering her signature margaritas (best in town, hands down!) for just $3.80. Order a traditional Mexican dish–we personally love the chile rellenos and cabbage slaw served with the chips and salsa.
Cosmopolitan: Half-priced sushi rolls and $5 cosmos, 5-6 p.m.
Happy hour at Cosmo is a mainstay for both locals and visitors. It’s truly one of the best deals in town and never fails to provide a fun evening out. The sushi menu includes fresh choices bursting with flavor and the bartenders whip up an awesome rendition of the classic Cosmo cocktail.
Honga’s Lotus Petal: Mojito and sushi roll of the day for $12, various small bites for $2-$6, 5-6 p.m.
Honga’s offers a central spot in town for some of the yummiest small bites and drinks. The Asian fusion style cuisine and creative cocktail menu are hard to beat. During warmer months, sit out front for prime people watching while you enjoy your drink and snacks.
The Little Bar at Lumiere: Featured sushi roll and glass of wine or beer for $12
This hidden gem in Mountain Village is quickly becoming the go-to gathering place both winter and summer. Located inside the Lumiere hotel, The Little Bar is a quaint bar with additional outdoor seating. In the summer, you can take a dip in the pool as long as you’ve ordered drinks and food. Expect unique rolls (think BBQ salmon with cream cheese and jalapenos) and other delicious small bites like bison sliders and spicy duck salad.
Allred’s: small bites and cocktails in the bar area all evening
This is Telluride happy hour at its finest. The views are second to none and the cozy, alpine feel offers a nice date night destination. Cruise up the gondola to Station St. Sophia and get comfortable t in the bar area (window tables are highly coveted so snag one if you can!) Small bites include wagyu beef carpaccio, marinated olives and hand-cut truffle fries. The bartenders are highly knowledgeable and the wine list is seriously impressive. Allred’s wont disappoint!
